We hired Lou to do a complete bathroom remodel - gutting the whole thing down to the studs. It was a major project that we had been putting off for a long time because we've had bad luck with contractors in the past. However, Lou was awesome! He was not pushy at all when reviewing our quote with us and he was always available for questions. If he didn't answer his phone, he returned the calls immediately. Great crew too, they cleaned up every day. We are very happy with our new bathroom! Lou even repainted because I didn't like the first color I had picked. Will definitely call him again!
